I have ordered from them for several years and have always had excellent service. I recently order the wrong "blades" and had to return them and reorder the correct ones. They gave me full credit and told me, based on my electric razor, the ones I needed. The new ones were sent out immediately. Good people.

I purchased new blade heads for my Norelco shaver. Ordering was easy. The price was less than at either Norelco or Amazon. The new parts arrive on time and they included a discount coupon (good for >1 yr) towards another purchase. I highly recommend this store.
